1. Purpose

This procedure explains how to deploy Windows 11 Pro using Ventoy, a multi-boot USB solution that allows booting ISO files directly without creating separate bootable media.

Download: Ventoy Official Website Download Version 1.1.09

2. Before beginning, ensure the following are available:
• USB flash drive (minimum 8 GB, recommended 16 GB+)
• Windows 11 Pro ISO (official Microsoft source)
• Ventoy (latest stable release)
• Target system supporting:
• UEFI firmware
• TPM 2.0
• Secure Boot (recommended)
• Backup of all critical data on the target machine

3. Create Ventoy Bootable USB
1. Insert the USB flash drive into a working computer.
2. Launch Ventoy2Disk.exe with Administrator privileges.
3. Select the correct USB device from the list.
4. Click Install and confirm the warning messages.
5. Wait until Ventoy installation completes successfully.

Outcome:
The USB device is now prepared with the Ventoy bootloader.

4. Add Windows 11 Pro ISO
1. Open the newly created Ventoy USB drive.
2. Copy the Windows 11 ISO file directly to the USB root directory.
• No extraction or additional configuration is required.
3. Safely eject the USB drive.

Best Practice:
You may store multiple ISO files on the same Ventoy USB for future deployments.

5. Boot Target System Using Ventoy
1. Insert the Ventoy USB into the target computer.
2. Power on the system and access the Boot Menu
(commonly F12, F11, ESC, or DEL).
3. Select the USB device under UEFI boot options.
4. The Ventoy menu will appear.
5. Select the Windows 11 ISO and press Enter.

6. Launch Windows 11 Setup
1. On the Windows Setup screen, choose:
• Language
• Time and currency format
• Keyboard layout
2. Click Next, then select Install now.

7. Select Windows 11 Pro Edition
1. Enter a valid product key, or select I don’t have a product key.
2. Choose Windows 11 Pro from the edition list.
3. Click Next.
4. Accept the Microsoft Software License Terms.

8. Choose Installation Type
1. Select Custom: Install Windows only (advanced).
2. Select the target disk and partition:
• Delete existing partitions for a clean installation, or
• Select an existing partition if appropriate.
3. Click Next to begin installation.

Warning:
Deleting partitions will permanently remove all data on the selected disk.

9. Windows Installation Process
• Windows Setup will:
• Copy installation files
• Install features and updates
• Restart the system multiple times
• Remove the USB drive once the system begins rebooting into Windows.

10. Complete Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE)
1. Select region and keyboard layout.
2. Connect to a network.
3. Sign in using:
• Microsoft account, or
• Local account (if permitted)
4. Configure privacy and security settings.
